No lessons, no guide, no set route. You bring your horse, you pick the day, and you ride the course however you like.

Your horse, your trailer
Trailer parking and a turnaround are right at the trailhead. We don't have horses for hire, and there's no instruction — though you're welcome to bring your own trainer.

Obstacles aren't numbered or rated. Walk up, take a look, decide for yourself — and skip anything that isn't right for your horse today.

The course tests versatility, agility, obedience and partnership. Every discipline and every kind of tack is welcome.
The course
Built into a working mountain property — creek crossings, a pond, open pasture and timber, with obstacles worked into the terrain rather than set up in a ring.

Getting here
Follow the signs in
Your GPS will bring you to the driveway entrance; from there, signs point you to trailer parking. Directions go out with your confirmation email — worth reading before you leave, because there's no signal once you're up here.
What to bring
Everything you'll need
There's no tack shop and no water on the course. Bring water for your horse, and a helmet. Shoes or hoof boots plus leg protection are strongly recommended.
When to come
Seven days, dawn to dusk
We're open every day the weather allows. You're booking a whole day, not a time slot, so arrive when it suits you and ride as long as the light holds.

Pick a day, tell us who's coming, sign the waiver. Nothing is charged online.
$35
per rider, per day
Paid when you arrive — cash or Venmo. There's no deposit and no card to enter, so there's nothing to refund if the weather turns.

Sign the waiver
Everyone riding signs the liability release when they book, on your phone. It stays on file, so if you come back this season you won't be asked again.

Do you have horses I can ride?
No. This is a bring-your-own-horse course — there are no lesson horses and no horses for hire.
Do I need a lesson or a guide?
No. There's no instruction and no guided ride. You ride the course at your own pace, and you're welcome to bring your own trainer if you'd like one.
How do I pay?
$35 per rider, paid on arrival by cash or Venmo. Nothing is charged when you book.

536 Ragsdale Rd, Trail, OR 97541. Your GPS will get you to the driveway entrance, and signs take you from there to trailer parking. Directions also go out with your confirmation email.
